Where to find the Best Bars in York – Whether you are looking for a cool new bar or cosy, traditional pub, York has plenty of everything to go around. We love a good pub lunch in a nice country pub. There are some lovely village pubs within half an hour’s drive from York. With beer gardens, large car parks and some lovely pub grub too! Oftentimes a country pub is more family-friendly too with a play area for the children or a nice outdoor space for the to run around.
