Are you looking for a unique and special way to get into the Christmas spirit this year?
Join us for a festive wreath making class! Our experienced instructor will teach you how to create a traditional moss-based wreath, with luxurious foliage and natural embellishments. All tools and materials will be included, along with full tuition!
Tickets are £50 each and must be booked online here.
The price includes a hot drink and cake before the class starts, with the opportunity to purchase a glass of prosecco on arrival.

For the third year running, York Pavilion Hotel are once again working with Melanie’s Florist of Tadcaster to give you an eventful afternoon of wreath-making followed by a Festive afternoon tea and
mulled wine.
Arrive from 11.30 to find your seat with the demonstration to start at 12 noon where you will be shown how to create your perfect Christmas Wreath. Afternoon tea will be served at 2 pm which includes hot mulled wine (non-alcoholic alternatives available). Price includes all materials and tools required to make your wreath which you take home to enjoy on your door!

Wreath Making Workshop at Castle Howard

Spend a beautiful afternoon getting crafty and creative at Castle Howard and take away your own hand-crafted Christmas wreath. This practical workshop is led by Laura Newby from Belle Blooms Florists in York, and part of our expert Christmas team.
Enjoy Laura’s expert guidance, and craft a beautiful wreath in time for Christmas using materials foraged from the Castle Howard Estate. A glass of Nyetimber Classic Cuvee is included to add some sparkle to your experience.
Tickets include entry to the House and Gardens, so you can take inspiration from our Christmas in Neverland installations, and from the beautiful natural colours and textures in our wintry Grounds. Please make sure to visit the House and Gardens first, before your workshop start time.
