The Biltmore Bar & Grill is a beautiful venue on Swinegate. It’s a glamorous place built in an old church with a 1920’s New York feel. There’s lots of comfortable seating, with private booths downstairs and a mezzanine floor above, looking down onto the main bar.
I have borrowed a photo from The Biltmore’s Facebook page as mine came out rather blurred. Nothing to do with the Espresso Martinis at all…
The Tipsy Brunch is served on the mezzanine floor and had a very upmarket party vibe with music and chatter as a lively backdrop. The tone was set for the brunch when we were brought a bottle of Prosecco fizzing with a firework in a Champagne bucket.
It’s clearly a very popular place (and ideal) for birthday parties and hen nights.
The bottomless drinks last for 90 minutes. Service was fast and the drinks flowed nicely! You can choose from various gins (I recommend the Sicilian lemon!) , Prosecco, Mimosa, Vodka, White, Rose or Red Wine, Aperol Spritz, Pornstar Martini, Espresso Martini, beer or cider.
We tried as many variations as possible, including the Pornstar Martini:
Aperol Spritz:
Gin and lemonade:
Beers!
And Espresso Martini:
Food-wise, it’s definitely one of the better quality bottomless brunches I have tried, with some really different dishes. We tried the Hoisin Duck Wrap:
Muchos Nachos:
I went for the Caesar Salad with Chicken (lots of chicken!):
Finally, I have to say that the cheeseburger looked amazing!
If you are looking for a bottomless brunch that’s a bit more special than your average then I would definitely recommend The Biltmore!
We were invited to visit and review, but, as always all opinions are my own.
