Last night we visited INOS on Piccadilly. It’s a brand new Greek taverna and bar from the people who run SASA Greek street food in SPARK.
The restaurant is light and airy with a very modern and minimalist feel. The restaurant was popular, especially for so early on a Thursday evening and by the time we left there was a wait for tables (so get booked in ahead of time!).
INOS Menu
Expect a menu that offers small plates so that you can try lots of different things. We were recommended to order between 4 or 5 plates for the two of us.
We are lucky enough to be regular visitors to Greece so do love our Greek food and this was very authentic. My favourite is chicken souvlaki and this was flavoursome, moist and tender and came with a good chunk of lemon on the side.
We also tried the Loukaniko (smoked pork sausages) which were very garlicky, very tasty and very filling!
We also tried the halloumi with hot honey (delicious):
I also have to mention just how good the tzatziki was – even hubby who doesn’t normally like tzatziki loved this one. Mind, it was a good job as you get a LOT of tzatziki in your portion!
Finally we ordered a bowl of oregano chips as an accompaniment:
There were also lots of salad dishes to order as well as hummus, homemade bread and Kalamata olives. A perfect place to visit for a bit of holiday feel magic!
We were invited to visit for the purposes of this review. As always, all opinions expressed are my own.
